BlockShow 2020 at the Singapore FinTech Festival to reflect on the achievements of blockchain and how the conventional financial industry is beginning to accept blockchain and digital currency technology.

BlockShow has presented the speakers of the next event related to cryptomonies that will take place in Singapore in December. As announced earlier, the Singapore FinTech Festival, or SFF 2020, is being organised in partnership with the Singapore Monetary Authority, the country’s leading financial regulator and the de facto central bank. The online and face-to-face hybrid event will take place from 7 to 11 December 2020.

The next conference will feature panel discussions on two channels, the so-called „Green Shoots“ and the „Global Channel“.

As part of the Global Channel, SFF 2020 speakers will discuss a variety of topics related to the future of money. Moderated by professional Bitcoin Billionaire services firm Accenture, the panel will feature Chris Giancarlo, former Chairman of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Chad Cascarillas and CEO and co-founder of payment provider Paxos.

Other discussions on the Global Channel will cover various topics related to technology and block chain finance, addressing issues related to decentralised finance, business blockchain and widespread adoption. The channel will include a talk with Akon about Akon City 2023.

The second channel, or the so-called „Green Shoots“, will be related to in-depth discussions and deep technical dives. Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, will be a keynote speaker, initiating the discussion on „Blockchain for Good“ and linking up with the launch of Ethereum 2.0.

The channel will also focus on the role of digital currencies in payment systems, with the Winklevoss brothers and the leaders of the Libra Association, Coinbase and Circle. The Singapore authorities will also discuss their blockchain payment project, Project Ubin. Other channel speakers include executives from leading industry companies such as FalconX, Pantera, BlockFi and Grayscale.
